First I must let you in on a little known fact that some of you might already know about him. But for those of you who don't... When I was pregnant with him, we knew he was a boy and were trying to decide if we would stick with the "T" names or go with something completely different. The very first name that came to my mind was Tate. I was REALLY trying to expand my options so we tried out several other names but none seemed to be right. We ended up coming back to Tate because we liked the meaning of the name. Tate means "cheerful". His middle name is Leo after his paternal grandpa. Leo means "lion". Now that you know that little fact, here are a few others:
The boy LOVES to eat!
Some of his very favorites include:
APPLES (right down to the very core- I had to pry this one out)
BEANS- Black, Red, White... he's not predjudice.
STRAWBERRIES- or "berry berry" as he calls them.
And HE has decided that he MUST sit at the bar. No more high chair for him!
Especially when his brothers are doing it- or if there are any "ma-num-ma-nums" (any kind of treat-derived from M&M's) available.
He also has quite the "little" temper. The "Lion" part.
This would be Tate chewing me out....
...because he does NOT want the Cheerios I tried to give him before church.
I am working on trying to capture a little video clip of one of his tantrums. Anyone that has experienced one of these knows just how special they really are.
When he is on the "Cheerful" side of his personality, I find him being quite silly...
Alone...
Sometime he just needs a place to hide from the "crazy's". Just he and the BBs' (blankie and binkie)

He is SO CUTE! Love all the photos. Oh, and your boys gave Ben and I a good laugh yesterday when all of the sudden we could see two ninjas out our back window. They were just playing in your yard, but they were in full blown ninja attire. So funny and CUTE! Gotta love bOYS!
Oh, and did you decide which camera to get? I know both Canon and Nikon are great....but my friend talked me into a Nikon (she loves them)...anyway I have been VERY HAPPY with it. I LOVE IT. It is the Nikon d80...but I think the Nikon d90 is out now. Well I am not a photographer, but it has been my experience that a digital SLR is going to be SOOO MUCH better than a point and shoot...so whatever you decide you will be happy. :)
Tate is so cute, love all the pictures. He has a charming little personality that shows through in all the pics.

Ok so hello sweetie! I know its been awhile. I am still trying to find the time daily to update mine. Love all your posts. I had to catch up on everything. Good job on your aprons. I want to sew as well. Its something I really want to learn. So the magic question is which machine did you get? I kept researching online because everytime I asked someone I got a different answer everytime. I love ya girl...your a great mom, I love reading about your adventures with your kids.
